Kingswood are specialist providers of residential educational activity holidays for children and teenagers across the UK. Kingswood employs over 300 Apprentice Instructors a year and currently operates 9 centres, 4 of which are coastal locations. There's something for everyone
- whether you like the rural life, being by the sea or near busy towns! We even have a Centre in France so some of our fully trained instructors have an exciting opportunity to venture further afield.

We will develop and train you so whatever you decide to do in the future, it is a great stepping-stone to a wide spectrum of career opportunities.
Instructors are provided with a training salary along with accommodation on centre for a small deduction. We also run a value for money optional food scheme which if you chose to opt into provides you with 3 meals a day, 7 days a week so you won't have the hassle of going shopping, preparing your meals or washing up! All first year instructors will be enrolled onto our Foundation Modern Apprenticeship training programme which will ensure that you are provided with all of the skills and background knowledge needed to become one of the best instructors.
