Every centre is managed by our Management Team who are responsible for all aspects of running a busy and successful programme. The Senior Instructors are the "backbone of our operation", dynamic and experienced individuals with a proven ability to make it happen on the ground every day of the year.
Throughout the year we hold assessments for key positions within centres around the UK. Promotion usually means an exciting move to another centre for inducting and training into a new role. You may have made very close friends at your original centre but rest assured moving to another centre will take you to the next stage in your development and fast track you up the Kingswood career ladder. Not everyone has to move but if you do, you should view it as a really positive step. Carefully selected, our Senior Instructors undertake some of our most crucial tasks and oversee the smooth running of our centre operations.
You don’t need a background of special qualifications to be a Senior Instructor. Individuals who are enthusiastic, positive, see a problem as a challenge and not an issue are the kind of people who will succeed. You will, however, have achieved all the qualifications open to you in your first year at Kingswood.
