Not everyone will be up to the task – that’s why we’re looking for the absolute best stars. You will not only learn how to do things that not so long ago you wouldn’t have thought possible – you will also discover how to inspire, thrill and motivate young minds to do the same.
Whilst some staff members have a natural ability to foster learning, most of our best staff team members have developed this talent with practise and dedication. You will be amazed at the difference you can make to young people’s lives, how they relate to teachers better (after the Kingswood experience) and how incredibly rewarding it is to you. Many of our Instructors came to us as children and were so inspired by their Kingswood Instructor that they wish to follow in their footsteps. Location, Location, Location
Our centres are in loads of different types of locations so whether you want to be a stone’s throw from the beach or in the midst of rolling green hills, there’s a perfect Kingswood centre for you. And if you fancy a change of scenery, our staff sometimes have the opportunity to move centre. So if you’re British wanting to explore a bit more of your own country, or from overseas and want to see the UK, that’s fine with us.
A World of Opportunity
We recruit our staff team from all over the world with Kingswood representatives in countries such as South Africa, New Zealand and Australia. They not only hold local interviews and assessments but also give assistance with visa applications, flights and of course advice in making your mind up as to whether you would be suited to join the Instructor Programme or Catering and Hospitality Programme. We find that a strong international element of our centre teams adds something very special, not just for our visitors but for the staff team & company as a whole.
